DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged product, we have a hassle-free return and refund policy in place. Here's how it works:
1. Notify us: Contact our customer support team immediately after you receive a damage product. Provide them with details and evidence (such as photos) of the damage product.
2. Return arrangement: We will guide you on the return process. We may request you to ship the item back to us, and we will reimburse the shipping cost.
3. Verification and assessment: Once we receive the damaged item, our team will inspect and assess the extent of the damage. We may communicate with you during this process for any additional information required.
4. Refund or replacement: Based on the assessment, we will offer you either a refund or a replacement of the damaged item. If you opt for a refund, the amount will be credited back to you. If you prefer a replacement, we will promptly ship it to you.
Please note that our return and refund policies are subject to terms and conditions. We strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution for every customer, prioritizing your satisfaction and providing a positive shopping experience.
SHIPPING DETAILS
1) Our nationwide charge is a flat rate of only Rs. 199/-
2) We offer free delivery for orders exceeding Rs. 1999/-. However, please note that free delivery covers up to 3KG only. For each additional kilogram, a charge of Rs. 200 will be applied.
3) Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and WhatsApp, containing the tracking number for your shipment
4) Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
5) For orders with a value exceeding Rs.10,000, an advance payment will be required. Upon order confirmation, our team will contact the customer to provide payment information and communicate the account details.
Easy-Breezy Returns & Refunds
We've made returning items a breeze. If you're not completely thrilled with your purchase, initiate a return and we'll take care of the rest.
1) We are happy to accommodate returns or exchanges, provided that the products being returned are in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and include any applicable tags. Please ensure that the return or exchange is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
2) When returning goods, please include a copy of the invoice and provide a reason for the return.
3) The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise using a traceable delivery method, such as a courier or registered post, at their own expense to our address
4) Refunds for delivery charges will only be issued if the item is damaged during shipment or if the error is attributed to us.
5) Once we receive the returned products, refund requests will be processed within 3 days, excluding Sundays
